I like the feeling of having an emergency team on my side through my Just5 phone. Instead of the usual medical alert equipment that will direct me to the operator who will ask me questions to assess my situation, I can easily direct my call to my doctor for an emergency appointment. I can also dial numbers with ease because of its big buttons. The voice is clear because of the amplified sound. This feature should be included as part of the medical alert device.
